Who I am
I'm not a one-trick consultant. I never have been. I've worked at Google in global health and wellness leadership. I'm a certified CPR and BLS Instructor. I've published books. Built websites. Created frameworks. Started businesses. And I've done most of it while figuring things out in real time — which is exactly why I can sit with you while you figure yours out.
When you step into my Vyb, you don't have to have it together. You don't have to know the scope of your project. You don't have to understand what kind of help you even need yet. That's the conversation we start with.
And if you're reading this thinking — I'm not sure this space is for someone like me — I want to talk directly to you for a second. If you're older and the digital world has started to feel like it moved on without you, I came back for you. Showing you how to use your smartphone, explaining what Google actually is, walking you through the cloud versus a hard drive — that is not beneath me. That is the work. You are worth the time.
It's not the things I did that gave me the experience. It's the preparation I created to get there.
I won't sell you something you don't need. I won't pretend I can help with something I can't. And I will never make you feel small for not knowing what you don't know yet.
the story that explains everything
My very first time on an airplane, I decided I wanted to be a flight attendant. So I talked to other flight attendants. I did my research. I learned how to become one before I was ever hired.
I was hired as a flight attendant twice. And I'm pretty sure I could pass any interview now — not because I've done it before, but because I got curious. I adapted. I evolved. And I showed up as the thing before the thing even happened.
That's the process I bring to every person who walks through this door.
Conversation or event — that's networking. Free. No clock running.
